This week's Success Story comes from one of our female dieters who is has lost an incredible 14 kilos in just 12 weeks without exercise. She reports feeling incredible and having more energy all day long. (Trying to get through simple daily activities can be exhausting with extra kilos to drag around all day!) She reports moving better, feeling less pain in her knees, and even sleeping better. (There is an association, in some cases, between extra body fat and poor sleep or even sleep apnea). Since she works on her feet all day long, she is feeling the effects of losing 14 kilos with each step!

Today's success story is one of our female dieters who has lost a total of 26 kilos of body fat without exercise! She started the first week of November and has averaged 2 kilos of body fat lost per week! This week's Success Story is our dieter who has lost an incredible 30 kilos of pure body fat in 6 months! That's roughly 1.25 kilos of body fat (not muscle) each and every week consistently for 6 months!! Incredible! All of this was achieved with no exercise, medication, or surgery. She has kept this incredible weight off ever since transitioning to the whole foods phase of the diet and could not be more happy about it.
