Our program allows you to lose weight quickly and safely, all without exercising! (Exercise is allowed on the program if you wish, although it is not necessary).
Our diet uses the body's natural fat-burning mechanism called "ketosis". When our patients are in ketosis, they are burning almost 100% pure body fat. This mechanism preserves muscle mass so that it is easier to keep the weight off down the line. We assign a coach to each dieter for one-on-one counseling sessions to make sure you are losing weight each and every week.
The weight loss is quick, predictable, and healthy. We work with patients' GP when necessary to ensure a multi-doctor approach.
We incorporate weekly weigh-ins and give weekly feedback on what is the best approach for that week, and motivate you to reach your weight loss goals as quickly and healthy as possible.
