(Recipe from our chef-dieter!)
Makes 2 serves:
500g lean pork mince
2 spring onions sliced in half lengthwise and finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger minced
2 Tbsp tamari
1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 egg lightly beaten.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and refrigerate for an hour or so.
Roll into small meatballs and steam or pan fry.
Serve with salad of Cabbage, red capsicum & cucumber with Waldon Farms Asian style dressing
